WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We aim to have all orders roasted, packed and posted within 48 hours of order receipt.

Express Post for items up to 9kg.

To ensure quality and freshness, our standard postage offered Australia-wide is via Australia Post express post. Expect 1-2 days for deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

We cannot assure the freshness and quality of coffee over an extended period, particularly with the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 international postage delays.

Returns.

 

ACCESSORIES

We will provide a full refund for accessories if the item is faulty, different to the item described or displayed online, provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days from purchase date.

We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased online.

 

COFFEE

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for coffee orders, as it is a fresh and perishable product.

If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us first at hello@portfairycoffeeroasters.com with your concern and we will help you through the process. We will do everything we can to ensure you are completely happy with your Port Fairy Coffee Roasters products and the return process.

We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.

Additional costs incurred due to currency conversions will not be refunded.
